A little help. Back to creating.

Start in the workspace for the business you want to create content for. Studio combines your business context, selected media, and prompt into an editable draft.

1. Review your business information in Knowledge Hub.
2. Open Studio and choose Slideshow, Wall of text, Hook + Demo, or Memes.
3. Choose an inspiration, or turn off Use inspiration to work from your own idea. Select the media required by your chosen format.
4. Add a prompt if you want to specify an audience, feature, or angle, then select Generate.
5. Review the copy and media in the editor before saving or exporting.

Knowledge Hub holds the business information used to guide content for the active workspace. Check the product description, audience, and benefits before creating a batch of drafts.

Use concrete descriptions of what the product does. If a draft mentions an incorrect feature, correct the source information as well as the draft. Changing the context does not rewrite projects you have already generated.

An inspiration is a reference that guides the draft’s text and visual direction. Select one that matches the format you are creating, then enable Use inspiration.

Viraal may need to read the reference’s text and identify its reaction or activity the first time it is used, so the first generation can take longer. Review the adapted text: it still needs to describe your product accurately.

For Hook + Demo, the inspiration guides the hook; you choose the product demo separately. A matching visual may be a different clip from the original reference.

A demo is your product recording, shown after the hook. Record one clear action and its visible result. In Studio’s Hook + Demo setup, use Change to select a demo or Upload to add one.

Keep the workspace selector on the business the demo belongs to. Preview the recording and make sure it delivers the promise made in the hook text.

Select the text in the editor to access the controls available for that format. In editors that support direct text editing, double-click the text to change the wording and drag it to reposition it.

Adjust the font size, alignment, and text style, then preview at a smaller size. If the caption crowds the frame, shorten repeated phrases or reduce the font size. Keep space between the text and the edges, and check the entire clip as the background moves.

Use the Audio selection in Studio where available to choose a track. In the editor, preview the result and use the available volume or mute controls to check the mix.

Listen to the downloaded export as well as the preview. If your demo includes useful speech, make sure the music does not overpower it.

Open Library in the same workspace to find saved projects and continue editing. Saving a project keeps an editable version; exporting creates files you can download.

Use the export or download action in the relevant editor. The output options depend on the format. Keep the tab open while the export completes, then open the downloaded files to check the text, media, and audio before posting.

Check the workspace name in the sidebar. Projects and business media need to be used in the workspace they belong to.

If the video is already in the correct workspace, refresh the page and reselect it from the media picker. If the error continues, contact support with the workspace name, project link, and exact error text so we can investigate.

Read the error shown in Studio first. Check that required media is selected and that the inspiration matches the format. If a reference could not be prepared, try again or choose another reference.

To continue with your own idea, turn off Use inspiration and describe what you want in the prompt. If the problem persists, send support the workspace name, approximate time, format, and error message.

Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings. Use the account and billing options available there to review your account or subscription.

For a billing question you cannot resolve in Settings, email support from the address associated with your Viraal account. Describe the issue without including passwords or full payment-card details.
