Effective August 25, 2026
Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Viraal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Viraal. You grant Viraal a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content, brands, music, footage, and other materials you use.
Generated output
AI-assisted and template-based output may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to output produced for others, or unsuitable for a particular platform. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or publishing it, including checking facts, claims, rights, disclosures, and platform requirements.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Viraal to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or platform rules.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or bypass technical and usage limits.
- Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful or harmful content.
- Do not resell or provide access to the service except through a written agreement with Viraal.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features, usage allowances, billing intervals, and prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable. We may change future pricing or plan features with notice before the change applies to a renewal.
Third-party services
The service can interact with third-party platforms and providers. Their terms, availability, permissions, and technical restrictions are outside Viraal’s control. You are responsible for maintaining the accounts and rights required to use those services.
Availability and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Viraal is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted operation, particular results, or fitness for a specific purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Viraal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@getviraal.io.
